- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Call Center would be an advantage.
- Service-mind & problem solving.
- Good communication in English is a plus.
- Good IT knowledge (Network & System).
- Prefer female.
Scope of work :
- To provide product and service information to customer.
