Location: Pattaya (Chonburi)
The position reports to either Director or Operations Manager. HR Manager supports and provides inputs on best practice guidance in all HR functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, labour relations, performance management, policy administration, legal compliance, training and development, benefits, compensation and organizational development.
Primary role is to oversee the administration of HR Department and Cape Training Center. Provides guidance to management for HR related issues/concerns and support operational requirements. Proactively demonstrate & profile good management & leadership at all times through personal example and commitment. Ensure all relevant process are carried out in accordance with the applicable statutory regulations, in a productive & safe manner, required standard and in line with the company procedures.
This role is part of a global team where initiatives support the company’s Academy activities. The Cape Academy (learning and development function) is responsible for providing an effective learning and talent development strategy that supports the business requirements to identify, develop and retain key talent in the organization in order to increase competitive advantage and business growth. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting an effective HR and Development Program that facilitates the attraction, selection, training, development and retention of high calibre, well–motivated talent.
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- You must have a minimum of ten (10) year experience which includes at At least 5 years' experience in human resource management and administration
- Strong knowledge in Thai labour laws and good negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills, problem solving skills and strategic thinking with big picture view
- Strong coaching, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong written and oral communication with TOEIC Score 800 points overall.
You will have a demonstrable record of success, and will be able to confidently make sound business judgement and understand the commercial consequences when taking operational decisions. You are excellent in communicating with a capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. The position requires a very organized individual who is able to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines. Able to carry self with grace and authority in coping with pressure brought about by the nature of the work. Excellent leader and follower.
