- Coordinates with all subsidiary company in many countries to secure monthly HR reports on employee data including but not limiting to: employee movement, new hires, exit interviews etc.
- Consolidates, maintains and updates Group level employee information data by collecting and summarizing data from countries: prepare monthly summary analytics (in Google sheet first, then HRIS)
- Coordinates HR communication by building and managing various employee engagement platforms: maintain HR Google site, cooperate with related teams for internal communication platforms, etc.
- Once the HRIS goes live, being the system administrator and independently run reports.
- Provide support to the Group C&B Manager for matters related to international assignees administration and coordination such as insurance registration, etc.
- Actively represent HR and participate in employee activities (including organizing them) and internal communication
- Provides ad-hoc administrative support for the HR department including travel and expenses within budget, maintaining assets and supplies as per needs
- Female or Male, 28-35 years old.
- A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HRIS will be advantage.
- Fluent command of spoken and written in English.
- At least 5 years experiences in human resource in a matrix MNC
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision making and planning skills.
- Pleasant with good personality and human relation.
