Our company is currently looking for energetic and dynamic persons to accomplish HRD projects results, defining succession planning follow business goals and design development plans in long term for all high potential talent designing with junior toward Management level to join our company. This will lead to challenging jobs as bellows;
Responsible for all function of Human Resource Development;
Set up and management all of the HRD system’s impacts and effects on organizational efficiency such succession plan, talent management.
Reviews training procedure, evaluations of training courses, objectives, and establishes including develops and oversees the e-learning strategy implementation for the organization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Industrial Psychology or any related fields.
Experience in HRD for operation toward management level.
Strong knowledge of development planning, human resource development.
Ability to work well independently and collaborative by in a fast, deadline-driven environment.
Strategic thinking, collaborating & interpersonal skills, team leadership and positive attitude.
Proficiency in English verbal and written communication.
