- Male/Female, Age between 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, Political Science, Information Technology or related fields
- At least 0 – 3 years experience in recruitment and selection.
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Screen applicants to meet job specification requirement, arrange interview appointment
- Expand candidate sourcing channels to collect pool of potential applicants for current and future manpower need by placing job advertisements on job sites; contacting references, using social media
- Work closely with recruitment manager and understand overall requirement of job opening and Provides weekly written status reports to recruitment manager
- Provides information of vacant positions to candidates and convince candidates to apply a job with us.
- Coordinates and assists in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
- Ensures renewals by maintaining awareness of client projects to maximize opportunities.
- Initiates and maintains contact database in order to capture client requisition specifications, candidate/prospect information, recruiting activity, placement information
- Ensures timely collections of timesheets by working with appropriate individuals, including branch leadership, branch administration and the Accounting Department.
- Calculation of Income-Deduct for employees, such as salary, OT, incentive and etc.
- Calculate and record Time table, Leave, Absent and late of employees.
- Ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.
- Acting as a consultant, searching appropriate method to improve relationship between staffs
- Perform recruitment process to ensure that vacancies to work for the organization.
- Planning channels and media sources, such as website, referral, networking and etc. to serve company requirement in the appropriate time and develop job advertisement to attract the right candidates.
- Analyzing, sourcing and reviewing applicants and organizing interview session to identify shortlist candidates.
- Conduct to interview over the phone, face-to-face in order to screen candidate based on job’s competencies.
- Provide employment contract and staff files, announce the warm welcome new staff to workforce.
- Assist new staff orientation, provide a support for staff training before, during and evaluate training and record in staff file.
- Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation.
