- All function HR & Admin department (ER, Training, Recruitment, Payroll, Administration.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate to provide internal and external training course for enhancing employee’ s efficiency
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and performance appraisals.
- Handling monthly payroll and compensation and benefits structure.
- To set and administrate action plan man power and budget.
- Male, Age 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree or master degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
- A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command both English
- Minimum 10 - 15 years experiences in human resource and general affair experience in managerial level in automotive industries.
- Have long experience working in Japanese Company
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision making and planning skills.
- Patient with good personality and human relation.
- Good command of English.
