- 0- 2 years of experience is required
- Should have knowledge of monitoring of computer hardware and software
- Call Handling and Reporting
- Systems Monitoring and Reporting
- Backup Monitoring and Reporting
- Network Monitoring and Reporting
- Infra Monitoring and Reporting
- Take care of after sales support
- Must be able to work in 24/7 shifts environment and as a team
