- Develop and implement the strategy to improve the volume of sales and profit for the company
- Working with client as their strategic partner in their marketing activity
- Maintaining relationship with key corporate customers
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Motivating and providing a training to the Sales team
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Understand client requirements and develop strategies to assist them with their needs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare the report and provide the recommendation to regional team
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or related field, oversea graduated is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Account Director, Media Planner from leading Media/Digital Agency
- Good knowledge in Media Planning
- Proven track record in Sales
- Strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent English
