- Responsible for generating sales through each company products and services, and to ensure that sales target can be achieved successively.
- Responsible for acquiring new potential clients, and new client segments for the company in order to create the new revenue sources in order to sustain the company growth.
- Forecasting sales, designing sales plan, and applying appropriate sales strategies, and tactics for sales team in order to boost up revenue from both existing, and new clients.
- Working closely with marketing manager in order to provide the effective proposals, sales materials for sales team, and to ensure that appropriate sales promotion, and marketing activities can be applied to market situation effectively.
- Monitoring sale performance closely so that the immediate solution, and strategies can be responded to any crucial movement occurred in the market if needed.
- Collecting, and analyzing client requirement, and feedback, including the feedback of competitor movement, so that company will be able to create, and apply an up to date strategy for that market situation.
- Building a strong sales team by recruiting, retaining, and developing sales members in order to encourage them to perform professionally.
- Using in-house CRM, and reporting system to facilitate sales people, and managing work flow within, and between sales department. Make it easy to use, transparent, and accurate in terms of collecting data, forecasting, monitoring, measuring and result evaluation.
- Reporting to General Manager.
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields.
- Minimum 10 year experience in selling, advertising or digital media field would be an advantage.
- Fluent written & spoken English.
- Have excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Have good communication and 'people skills'.
- Good in Statistics and Analytics skills.
- Have determination and the drive to work towards targets.
- Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
