Level : Manager- Senior Manager
Job purpose in general:
- To recruite a digitalization proposition manager to fulfill dtac digital ambition
- Perform a business case development of digital service proposition for consumer segment, which are, but not limited to, service subscription, e-invoice, e-payment, e-refill, affiliate marketing, digitized customer journeys, and B2B/B2B2C affiliate marketing
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans/activities for the digital services mentioned above with the use of digital marketing/tracking tools and solutions, e.g. Google Ads, DoubleClick, GA, GTM, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising, UAC, and Firebase
- Report and analyze the service performance, e.g. revenues, performance, customer satisfaction and awareness, for incremental improvement and further business opportunity development
- Participate in projects (including international) as a product marketing manager who takes a full accountability of the project success and achieving the targets, and involves collaboration from other marketing units, IT, business intelligence, finance, legal and regulatory within the organization
- Develop a business partnership necessary to innovate in affiliate business models of app/service distribution
- At least 5 years of experience in e-business, business development, service design thinking, product marketing, product development which involves digital services, and at least 3 years of experience in the use of digital marketing and analytics
- Good knowledge of e-payment, contextual marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal skill with a proven record of established professional network in e-business
- Good command of English - communication and presentation
- Open and strong digital mindset
- Experience with digital service transformation is a plus
