Initiate or co-plan with Marketing Management functions to draft research objectives / requirements as well as developing communication concepts for testing.
Keep up with digital trend, competitive movement, and other factors that may have impact on customers’ behavior relating to digital world.
Develop digital strategy and plan as part of integrated marketing plan in response to overall retail business strategy, segments, and products.
- Search and brief Digital Agency to develop plan and implement.
- Set up estimated budgets and resources according to the strategic plans.
- Monitor and track results by working with Marketing Management, Digital Agency, and Marketing Intelligence functions.
- Follow direction, cascade KPIs, allocate work targets, coach and advise, evaluate and proactively support the team in order to achieve business targets
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
At least 5 years marketing management experiences in e.g. digital marketing, digital platforms & system, social media, CRM, customer portal, etc.
Proven record of leadership and business achievement where candidate play leader or vital roles
Experience in Retail Banking Products /Financial industry would be an advantage and preferable
Self-motivated, Fast learner and well adapt to changes and challenges, Result-oriented, Service minded, Can-do and positive attitude and Innovative
Leadership and inspiration and Independent while being a good team -working
Negotiation and persuasion to other departments or partners
Having Strategic thinking, analytical, comfortable with numbers and Well organizing & multi-tasking
Fluency in English is preferable.
