Job Location: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard 2, Khaokhansong, Siracha, Chonburi
To manage the demand activity to ensure maximum coordination, and that effective use of resources and materials is achieved at all times
Review the demand forecast and available production capacity and arrange with planning that a supply plan is established to meet the customer service requirements
Manage and control demand KPIs on OTIF or other objectives to support and drive site level KPI continuous improvement
Summarize reports for various purposes, abnormal issues rise up. Push or monitor daily process improvement through different levels, within departments, cross department or site level
Regularly review the FG master data with planning and production. Propose system improvements
To be responsible for documents related to customers
Serve as liaison with all related functions for daily operational activities
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 5 years of experiences in order processing or customer services function
Strong Excel and SAP
Good English in verbal and writing
