Customer Service Team Lead
Chilindo is looking to hire additional team leads for our customer service team based in Bearing close to the BTS Sukhumvit line. The key responsibilities consists of managing and directing a team of customer service agents and ensuring incoming calls, Facebook and Line messages are handled in best possible manner, ensuring a flawless experience for our growing customer base in Thailand and abroad. The Customer Service Team Lead reports directly to the CS Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in a lead or supervisory role, working in call center or directly with customer service in a similar context.
- Connect with customers and build appropriate rapport to have a thorough understanding of needs, expectations and requirements in order to achieve customer goals and service level agreements.
- Provide effective and proactive communication to customers regarding status of services, time estimations and cost.
- Manage a team of customer service agents and provide supervision to ensure incoming calls and messages are being processed in best professional manner.
- Liaise with Claims and other teams to ensure all internal processes are functional
- Assisting in hiring new agents for our team
- Monitoring new and current customer service agents phone calls to ensure they meet the given quality expectations, and give feedback to staff to help improve their skills
- Provide suggestions to the management on how the customer service flow can be improved even further.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in communication or business studies
- 2+ years of experience within Customer Service or Call Center field preferably in a team lead or supervisor role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good English & Thai communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Able to improvise and come up with solutions to resolve issues under time pressure
- Interest in working in working with foreign talent and grow our business opportunities even further
