Customer Service Representative
Bangkok, Nana BTS
- Inbound Live Support calls from North American based clients to answer their technical inquiries about our web application
- Provide general information on products and commission questions to clients that contact the company by phone and email in the USA.
- Respond to help desk tickets entered by clients and assist clients with entering help desk tickets
- Direct clients to the training website for our web application and suggest trainings and webinars to be provided by our training team
- Live Chat monitoring to answer web based inquiries
- Data Entry as needed
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems as they arise or properly escalate to Tier 2 support personnel.
- Technical background preferred.
- Proficient in using web-based applications.
- Must be willing to work evening and night time.
- 1 year+ customer service experience
- Motivated, self-starters encouraged to apply.
Thai nationals only, with good English speaking skills need apply.
Great location at foot of Nana BTS (Pacific place)
5-day work week.
