Work Location: Bangkok
- Provide IT tech support for Japanese firm
- Handle customer complaint and provide solutions in order to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- Prepare for department’s annual budget and details to submit to executive consideration and approve, and manage, control department expenses to under annual budget effectively.
- Supervise team in terms of performance management, development and training. Directing, controlling and coaching subordinates to handle assigned function.
- Manage procedure of analyzing data to identify customer service problem.
- Manage order management process.
- Create and review department’s document & Form, procedure in order to improve service and to support internal term.
- Communicable skill in oral and written English
- Skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point), experience in SAP is preferred
- Experience in a customer service or help desk capacity preferred.
- Experience with multi-company environment.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with external and internal relevant department.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
