Job Description :
- Develop and Manage Customer Service team to achieve company policy.
- Plan and maintain efficient operations by designing, implementing, evaluating processes and solving problems.
- Analysis and Provide performance reports including customer's service claim reports etc.
- Manage and control Financial objective such as material stock, income, expense etc.
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunication or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in management field.
- Have experience in customer service or implement or repair of electronic field is added an advantage.
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Strong in analytical, problem solving and communication skill.
- Interpersonal and strong presentation skill.
