3LN Co., Ltd., the sole franchisee of leading UK retailers, “Mothercare” and “Early Learning Centre” and distributor of “Holster” fashion shoes from Australia in Thailand, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Executive immediately. This position’s main responsibilities are to cover the e-commerce and social media activities of the business. He/She will be reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development.
Customer Service Executive (Online & Offline)

- Answer all queries via all channels, for example, telephone, email and social medias
- Coordinate e-commerce transactions throughout the process to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to the clients
- Handle customer complaints and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous reply
- Translate product information and other related content to be used on website and social medias
- Thai national with at least a bachelor degree
- Minimum 2- year experience in customer service or retail fields
- Very good command of English
- Strong communication skills with customer service mind
