Job Description and Responsibilities
- Deal with customers by telephone and email, respond promptly to their inquiries and resolve their complaints.
- Provide information of services to customers.
- Coordinate with telcos about serious complaint case and notify customers about the progress of service cancelation, re-fund and other issues.
- Update daily/weekly assigned reports.
- File documents, prepare withholding tax certificates, payment vouchers, expense claims, invoices and record accounting transactions.
- Cope with stationery in office and record petty cash.
- Coordinate with accounting and financial department.
Education and Key Competencies
- Bachelor in any fields
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Good command of English skills
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills – verbal, written and listening
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy and excellent organizational skills
