Sukosol Hotels is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to expand our hotels’ fan base and drive additional business across our hotels.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for growing the group’s database including our loyalty program and delivering direct marketing campaigns to our databases to drive business and cross promote our hotels and their facilities.
Duties include campaign planning and management, direct marketing strategy, loyalty marketing, tracking and analysis of results.
- Relevant academic degree and at least 2 years’ work experience in a similar field.
- Marketing experience using new technology and modern media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and in English.
- Creative, analytical and shows initiative.
