- Develop measurement method for monitor sales and service performance.
- Analyze overall performance in both sales and service.
- Develop reports in different dimensions, such as graphs, charts, Dashboards.
- Ensure completeness, on-time and accuracy of all reports.
- Deliver solutions and guideline to improve sales and service performance and relating process.
- Present and communicate result to management and branch network.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative, Statistics, Programing or related fields
- Experience in Banking or Telecom more than 3 years.
- Have experience with Microsoft Access, SAS
