- Ensure availability of updated service instructions and spare part to fulfill the line.
- Provide after sales service training to related service center in international markets.
- Research and understand customer care practice in the industry in each country in international markets.
- Strategic planning on consumer care in international market and deliver the results.
- Budgeting and cost control to align with international markets budget while deliver the best service to consumer.
- Establish consumer care process & KPI’s for international markets and drive for improvements.
- Establish consumer service center in action and drive for future profitability in international markets.
- Improve consumer service level and identify process to capture consumer experience.
- 35 - 45 years old
- At least Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing or related fields
- 5 years of experience in service or customer care with regional experience
- Experience in electronic, electrical products.
- Very good English
- Very good presentation skill
- Ability to travelling to Oversea
