Report : Customer Care Supervisor (foreigner)
- Delivers highest level of service quality to internal & external customers through pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions in a timely manner
- Handles part returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
- Improving Customer Experience - managing complaints & liaising with internal stakeholders
- Visit distributors & suggest methods to improve customer service operations and turn-around time
- Maintain reports on customer correspondence & use the same for data analysis, reporting, & suggesting improvements
- Any degree in Management or Engineering
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in handling customer operations / business processes
- Experience from automation industry is preferred
- Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
- Good command of English and knowledge on SAP platform
