Culture Development Officer

Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing training and development activities for engagement of all staff with the company’s corporate philosophy. Organize and follow up on- boarding events and activities for an effective integration of newcomers with the company’s culture. Assist in conducting Employee Engagement Surveys and following up related initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training & development field.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Thai.
- Team worker and self-starter with an open-mind and can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen sense of urgency and orientation work
