Department: Sales & Marketing (Bangkok)
- Exceed targeted key customer retention categories, e.g., longevity, using analysis tools.
- Analyse guest data and information, including potential guests, target segments and possibility of target expansion, details of guest visit and retail products.
- Conceptualise, prepare, present, execute and manage a diverse range of customer retention campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify main target segments and potential, determining the best way to communicate information and offer attractive promotions or campaigns.
- Analyse campaign and promotional events outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software applications; draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hospitality or a related industry would be an advantage
- Excellent command of MS Office and other related software
- Customer profiling segmentation knowledge
- Research and analytical skills
- Presentation skills
- Time management
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent command of English
