Our office runs 24/7 and works in liaison with 10 other Euro-Center offices around the world.

- Responsible for the day-to-day planning and running of the Claims Department;
- Responsible for correct implementation of workflows, and for achieving optimal performance;
- Implementing department’s adherence to QA, guidelines and processes;
- Training and Supervision of departmental staff;
- Reporting to the Regional General Manager;
- Delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet customer’s needs.
- Thai or Non-Thai National with full fluency of Thai and English languages. Additional knowledge of a third language (especially German) would be an advantage;
- Preferably 5 years+ of working experience on relevant level (supervisor/manager), 3 years of which in the medical, travel or insurance industry;
- Customer service-oriented and able to perform well under pressure;
- Able to handle a team of Junior and Senior staff members;
- Proven knowledge of insurance terms and conditions, with proven track record of solving complex cases;
- Planning, organizing and time-management skills;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools;
