- Works on the day-to-day operations of the dispute resolution
Ensures the working adhere to dispute rules as well as the deadline
Complies and analyzes the dispute cases
Inquire / contact the customer when it needs to support the dispute resolution
- Work at Bank of Ayudhya Building, Rama 3 road.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related fields.
- Strong English Proficiency –written and read communication skills are a must.
Customer service-mind skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision -making, and negotiation skills.
