Present a corporate image and strategy consistent with Corporate directives. Help to establish the Product Solution set in the Thai Market. Increase market awareness of the company. Identify, recruit, develop and manage resellers.
They are currently looking to recruit a Cloud Backend Software Engineer for their site in Bangkok with the following skills and experience
- Identify, recruit, develop and manage strong relationships with tier 1, tier 2 SI’s and Reseller
- Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned Partner
- Increase the “partner” business in Thailand, by identifying opportunities within the partner community and bringing in the relevant Product Sales Managers to do the selling
- Achieve and where possible, exceed revenue targets through the channel
- Assist the Product Sales Managers team to determine Reseller / Customers IT needs and promote products, solutions and services.
- Act as a virtual team leader within assigned partner territory
- Work with local Marketing to research market trends
- Responsible for growing mind-set and new product/solution awareness to existing and new Resellers.
- Assist the Product Sales Manger team with preparation of account strategy plans by positioning the company as the Solution “”enabler”” and unique differentiator for the SI’s and Resellers in larger scale opportunities.
- Liaise with technical and support staff regarding technical aspects of proposals, trials and installations
- Provide timely and accurate management information to the Country Manager, pipeline and forecast
- Monitor and be aware of competitors’ product and services strategies and provide intelligence to the sales team.
- Keep up-to-date on all products and solutions
- Manage internal and external customer expectations by keeping channels of communication open at all times
- Be a proactive member of the company‘s community
- Highly developed relationship skills
- Good sense of market conditions
- Able to articulate the many technical capabilities of the company suite into a clearly defined set of business benefits.
- Understand technical developments, trends and competitor activity
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and increase deal size
- Ability to negotiate with partners on pricing and terms of sale
- Ability to present to both business, management and technical staff
- Ability to deal with and access both technical and senior business managers within Partners
- Ability to gain cooperation and support from all internal contacts – technical, pre sales, managerial
