- Manage and Motivate Channel Sales team to achieve company yearly target
- Generate sales volume from dealers
- Develop key account channel in SAC Market
- Collect & Analysis the competitor’s strategy, channel, CRM
- Manage Existing customers and develop new customers
- Visit customer, customer relations building, trouble shooting for specific case in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up project on hand and forecast delivery in each month
- Male , age up to 40
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- More 10 years experience in sales and closing sales skills
- Experience in air conditioning field would be preferred
- Have negotiation, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good computer skill e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.)
- Good command in English
- Able to work upcountry
