- Manage inbound call center team to support customer inquiry and complaint
- Coaching CSR and QC in order to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up customer’s case
- Prepare report as scheduled
- Manage team to reach project’s KPI and compliance
- Male / Female age 25 -35 yrs.
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Good communication skill and Service Minded
- Good command in English both written and spoken required TOEIC score ≥700
- Good problem solving skill
- Able to work as shift (work 5 days a week)
- Direct experienced in automotive call center, airline customer service, privilege or platinum customer from bank & credit card will be advantage
