To manage all activities and tasks in call center business unit together with third-party call center team (Team leading and staff) to ensure the best quantity and quality are delivered to both business units and end customer.
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administrative or any related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in call center business
- Having experience in operation management is very much advantage.
- Strong project management skill under time constraint
- Good command of English language both written and spoken
- Possess good communications skills and experience in conducting presentations.
- Fluent with MS office program ( Word , Excel , Power point )
