The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect and conduct strategic planning for business growth and other means of exploring business opportunities for Gunnebo Cash Management solutions. The main target customers would include retailers and other organisations that are dealing with cash. An important part of the job is to develop a rapport with new clients, uncover market needs, provide support that will continually improve the relationship and complete the projects. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will be reporting to management about local business development and growth opportunities.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to uncover their needs while informing about Gunnebo's cash management solutions.
- Project management
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will grow Gunnebo's business in Thailand.
- Develop business plans for marketing cash management solutions for/with potential customers.
- Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that address the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Work with technical staff or external partners to find solutions that meet customer needs.
- Update monthly progress reports and ensure market data is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience. (Retail or retail loss prevention background is a plus)
- Good English communication skills
- Good communication, persuasion, and human relation skills
- Computer skills
- Thai nationality
Salary >35.000 (Negotiable)

Gunnebo has a Representative Office in Thailand, which conducts activities on behalf of Gunnebo by gathering all information regarding the needs of Gunnebo’s (potential) customers and growth opportunities in Thailand. In addition, the Representative Office also distributes information about products and services to local customers. It also holds a key task in reporting about the local business environment to the Gunnebo Head Office.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to support Gunnebo in expanding our local presence in the market.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
