Job Summary & Purpose:
- Utilize and integrate data of both internal and external date to provide suggestion/recommendation for drive Tops daily performance.
- Improve sales and profit by providing deep analysis at store level and cluster.
- To work with Marketing, CRM, Category management, Merchandiser and buyer to get all information for better and prompt analysis
- Analyze company data to find opportunities for build Tops daily sales
- Use market data from CRM & Category management team and link analyze both company and market for better understanding and planning to achieve sales & profit target
- Use market survey for analyze effect and opportunity
- Always concern in store cluster, assortment, services in analyst for support better implementation and business improvement
- Analyze market campaign and effect of store performance
- Monitor Food to go concept and analysis to increase transaction to store.
- Provide analytical reports to support GM and District manager of Tops daily for make the right and prompt business strategy and direction
- Support data and analyst for all management needs
- Education: Bachelor
- Experience: Convenience/Supermarket 3-5 years
- Characteristics/Skills: Merchandising and Marketing Knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Good communications skills
- Excellent analytical skills

Mission Our mission is to be the supermarket innovator in Thailand . Tops was the first supermarket to enter into centralised distribution for dry grocery products and the first supermarket to centralise quality checking, processing and distribution of fresh food.
