Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide technical support, maintain and management of the building, general services and utilities operation included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing,
- Plans and implements effective procedures policies and Support for the facility section to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in an acceptable state of repair.
- Monitor and control in-house and outsource Planned Preventive Maintenance,
- Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for hard services entries of Huawei’s premise.
- Monitors completion of maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
- Provides technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing,
- Serves as support of the Employee Safety Committee.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, mechanical or other related background is advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility Management function (Cooperate or Multi-National Company (MNC))
- Minimum 2-years in Project Management
- Preferably knowledge and experience in office Buildings
- Good interpersonal effectiveness, people development skills
