- Lead in developing channel / category strategy & POP guidelines to ensure sales & profit achievement based on understanding of consumer / shopper, competitor & channel dynamics
- Ensure smooth new product launching
- Lead the team in activity development & implementation
- Channel forecasting & Budget management
- Control Profit / Loss vs. Budget & Target across brands in the category
- Lead in cross-functional team working to solve problems
- Coaching junior members
- Age between 28-35 years old
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years experience in Trade Marketing field or Data Analysis and Promotion Creating, Planning and Evaluating of FMCG.
- Strong leadership as well as interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiar with MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical and work in data analysis area
- Fluency in spoken & written English
