- Delivery of simply first class customer service and advice to WB Key and Premier clients in all interactions for transactional enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery to Key and Premier clients within agreed Turnaround Time.
- Outserve Key and Premier clients to ensure that their needs and expectation are exceed on transactional / operational basis.
- Ensuring adherence to policies including escalation and compliance requirement.
- Building relationship and rapport with Key and Premier Clients at the transactional / operational level.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for WB clients for transactional related enquiries, complaints and other service related issues.
- Delivering the highest standard of client service in response to client’s enquires, requests, complaints to maintain and increase level of relationship between the Bank and clients.
- Ensure that major risks are well controlled. Comply and ensure that team members comply with Client Service Group processes and procedures
Qualification & Skills:
- Maintain a professional SCB image through all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comply to contact centre discipline and telephone behavior.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate level product/processes knowledge of WB Products/Process
- Be able to communicate in English is mandatory in all writing, speaking, and listening
