The assistant manager is also expected to act as a liaison between the Operation Manager and the various teams that are working, in order to achieve a common objective and strong communicate, work and monitor warehouse supervisor / leaders to ensure that Warehouse Operations and Transportations run smoothly.
The key player of operation development including process, equipment, and especially people development.
To assist the Operation Manager, as well as guide and look after the efficiency of the employees that are a part of his/her team.
Manage and monitor closely for all end-to-end transactions of logistics service, ranging from Air, Ocean and Truck mode of transportation, Customs clearance, Warehouse management and Distribution.
Ensure the contractual KPI or SLA and customer satisfaction are achieved and improved or maintained
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Male or Female age between 25-35 Years old
- 3-5 years working experience up in end-to-end Supply chains, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing & Inventory management and Importation and Exportation
- Knowledge of ISO standard, Safety management and Lean improvement is preferable
