To facilitates and executes the C&B activities including Payroll work process to meet the Compensation & Benefit schedule and in line with HR Policies and procedures.
- Support and implement Compensation & Benefits structure and program
- Participate in C&B projects and raises suggestion and consideration
- Administrative C&B job both Thai Employees & Overseas Executives including Payroll administration (pay slip, salary, allowances, etc.)
- Produce C&B reports, Payroll/Benefits/Attendant, and circulate to person concerned in a timely manner
- Fringe benefits administration (health, life, dental, vision care, loan, ESP, SSF, PF, uniform, etc.)
- Provides information to employees and managers regarding the C&B process & procedures
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc assignments related to business as they deem necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & benefits
- Knowledge in MS. Office, HRIS, and payroll applications
- Detail-oriented and business concerns
- Good command of English
