Workplace: Intertek building, Bang-sue
Report to: Country HR Manager
- Assist HR Manager in standardizing, implementing and maintaining workflow and procedure of HR function
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants, conduct new employee orientation
- Develop and support training activities both internal and external including tracking records
- Manage employee relationship including CSR program
If you possess these qualifications:
- At least 5 year experiences in a supervisory role in all HR functions
- Master or Bachelor degree in HRM, Psychology, Political Sciences, Business Administration or related fields
- Working in multinational company
- Organizing and prioritizing, drive and persistence
- Attention to details, problem solving, analytical thinking and mathematical skill
- Strong leadership skill and stress tolerance
- Good command in English
- HRIS knowledge & skill and excellence in Ms. Office
- Labor law knowledge
