- To support general administration and HR function (ER, Training, Recruitment, Payroll, Administration.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- To handle company academy and especially production training and education.
- To assist in the development and maintenance of human resources information system (HRIS) to generate accurate management reports.
- To assist in auditing and ensuring relevant compliance of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- To response all administration affairs.
- Support HR Manager builds up corporate culture.
- Age not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, HRM or related field.
- At least 3 - 8 years of experience in HR & Administration function.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to related with all levels of people.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) proficient in Excel.
- Result oriented style working.
