- Initiate & formulate business strategy from corporate business plan and lead functions to create initiatives to ensure the achievement of strategy and objectives.
- Analyze all reports (Call Center Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Complain, Backlog and Case Management) and find strengths and weaknesses to set development project and program
- Monitor all business competitors, identify effective plan to ensure our superiority in the market at all the time.
- Identify and evaluate various initiatives derived by functions, conduct follow up and assessment activities to ensure success of any approved program harmonise with strategy
- Identify all BSC and align them with corporate target to ensure all functions strategy align with corporate strategy
- Monitor CM current image and competitors new project/program launched, compare and co-orperate within Brand Communication department to launch program that improve Call Center image and be recognized as the Best Call Center in this industry.
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Management or Related Fields
- 5–7 years Experience in Call Center Industry or related fields
- 2-3 years in Project Management and Strategic Planning
- 1–2 years Experience in Call Center Operation Management
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, SPSS, Minitab, etc.)
- Good command of English
- Knowledge in Telecommunication Business
- Knowledge in Operation Management
