Summary Responsibilities:-
Be a key person to manage incentive payroll, PC recruitment and management, Front system for Sales Finance products.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Manage & control manpower planning, human resouces budget based on new store. opening plan and business direction for Sale Finance Products i.e. First Choice Visa Card,Ploan,Insurance.
- Handle PC management team to ensure that business requirements are supported.
- Deal with Outsource Agency, Human Resources Department and sales team according to recruitment & selection process.
- Prepare PC profile for incentive calculation.
- Handle Human Resources Management for PC and GE Staff i.e. PC New hire orientation in term of PC responsibilities, company rule and regulation, incentive scheme, implement new system and organize PC meeting.
- Be a consultant in term of HR policy, rule & regulation, disclipine and labour law in Sales department.
- Record cost according to human resources management, track turnover report and find strategy to retain performed staffs.
- Analyze or give supporting data on human resources expenses, sale volume, PC capacity.
Qualification:-
- MBA, MA. or Bachalor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
- 3-5 years experience in sales support functions, preferable in Banking, Credit Card Business.
- Successful track record of performance
- Strong leadership , negotiation and communication skill
- Can-do attitude and have a good service mind
- Have sense of urgency and never give-up
