Resume Request
What is Resume Request?
If you are interested in some of the resumes and would like to invite the candidates to consider your company's jobs, you may send them requests to view their full resumes.
Resume Request is a paid feature and you should purchase a Resume Request package before you are able to use it. Once a candidate has approved your resume request, or the candidate's resume exposure level is set to Public, 1 credit will be deducted from your resume request package.
Please contact our Customer Service Representative for any enquiries regarding the purchase of Resume Request package.
How do I start Resume Request?
In the Candidate Search results page, check the boxes of the candidates, and then click the Request Resume button.

In the Resume Request page, you will have two options:

- Request with a job ad - you can send out the request to the candidates by selecting a job ad of your company. The job ad can be an Active, Deactivated or Expired job. When the candidates receive your e-mail, they can click the job ad link to view the job details.

- Request via e-mail - you can send out the request to the candidates by typing your own e-mail. You will have to specify the e-mail body and an e-mail subject / request position for this request for future references.

For both options, you will also need to specify the e-mail address to be used for receiving candidates' responses, and also the number of days the request should stay Active.
Please be reminded that if a candidate has approved your resume request, or the candidate's resume exposure level is set to Public, 1 credit will be deducted from your resume request package.
