Facts: Currently, It takes about 15-30 min per job to process applications that are received by email, fax or by post. With the system, applications can now be processed immediately because they are sorted into respective folders of the departments.

It takes another 5-10 min to filter through each resume manually. In the newly proposed system, it takes only few seconds to filter the right resume.


• Customized Job Applications Form related to that role

Job Application Form can be customized to fit your job requirement, thus making your screening and filtering process easy and effective. Job Seekers will then only fill in information relevant to you.

With an online Job Application Form, candidates will submit information in standard format either through JobsDB website or your corporate website. The standard format assists in filtering of candidates based on specific job criteria and requirements.

• Auto Interview Questionnaire’s

Online interview questionnaires provide finer insight into work experience and qualifications of the job seeker to the job

• Candidate need not fill up Application Form when coming for interview

The system allows printing out the candidates’ details into your standard hardcopy company application form. This helps the candidates cut down the time taken to fill up the application forms when they come for interview.

Facts: An applicant takes about 25-30 min to fill up on our Application Form. With the system, candidates no longer need to fill up anymore. The candidates need to verify the information and proceed for interview.

• Automated Workflow including Requisition / Hiring Management

Features such as Interview scheduling, Evaluation/Assessment, Offer Terms & Approval and Offer Letter Preparation, automates your recruiters’ workflow, allowing for more important tasks. Inbuilt messaging capabilities also allow for easier flow of communication between your hiring manager and line managers.

• Import Hired Candidates to our HRIS system

Hired candidate details can be imported into your HRIS system. This helps you by avoiding manual keying the details and human typing error of the details into HRIS system.

Facts: It takes about 15min to manually key in per hired candidate information into HRIS system. With the proposed system, it takes about 1min to import into your HRIS system.


• Generation of Management Reports

The system is able to generate management reports for a specific period required like number of candidates interviews, number of candidates hired, who are the candidate hired, job spending on the vendors, jobs whether they are open or closed and etc.
